Service Description

What do we show up for each day? How does our job contribute toward our mission? What do we need to be doing today to help us get to where we want to go? These questions are far-too-often overlooked as we instead prioritize the daily grind. By not understanding what we exist to do, where we are heading, and how we're going to get there, it becomes impossible to create the culture and attitudes we want from our employees. In this half-day to full-day workshop, we bring together the executive leadership team to ask the hard questions, challenge perspectives, and ultimately lay out a plan we can use moving forward.
