FAQs
Is investing money in developing our employees and organization really worth it?
The highest performing organizations in the world invest in developing their people. There's no other way to put it. Our people are our greatest assets...or they can be liabilities to our organization's success if we choose to ignore their growth and development.
Where does Time for Development provide its services?
While located in northeast Indiana, consultation can be provided remotely or on-site anywhere within the continental U.S. Plus--check out our free content and consider subscribing to our YouTube channel! https://www.youtube.com/@timefordevelopment/about
Can any of these trainings be offered remotely?
Yes! Many of these workshops and trainings can be completed remotely.
How long does each workshop or training take?
Depending on the scope of the project and/or type of training, sessions can range from one hour to a full day (or longer). In our initial meeting, we will begin diagnosing challenges and laying out a tailored plan for moving forward.
What happens during a typical workshop?
Each workshop is designed to be thought provoking, engaging, and grounded in a perfect balance between research and practice. You and your employees will leave with new or further refined knowledge, skills, and attributes that can readily be reapplied back on the job.
What organizations are a good fit for these workshops?
Any organization where leaders are concerned about their employee recruitment, onboarding, performance, or training and leadership development can benefit greatly from these workshops and coaching opportunities.
How much will this cost?
Cost matters. But, perhaps the more important question is, "what can I expect in return for my investment?" If you can spend $5,000 to improve your employee onboarding experience which reduces turnover by 25%, how much time would you/your team save in recruitment and hiring? How much money does the organization save with a 25% reduction in new employee turnover?

*Hint--its far more than the cost of the training.
What level of support will you offer after we complete a workshop?
That's up to you! At Time for Development, we commit to supporting your employee's and organization's development throughout the integration process.
What organizations have you worked with?
We have worked with small, medium, and large non-profit and for-profit organizations in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, defense, automotive, and community development.
